This is a teeny tiny animation engine I built to work with no dependencies on all browsers specifically for those super strict file weight limits. The whole library comes to 11kb when minified
See the Pen SuperTween Example by Steve Utting (@generalstephen1) on CodePen.
- Teeny Tiny (with capitals) fileweight
- Built to work on all browsers (IE8+)
- Uses CSS if supported
- Has a secondary function of superLoops (which I'll explain in a minute)
- Syntax is modelled on GSAP, easy to transition between the two
These are a custom fix to create more engaging videos on devices that do not allow autoplaying video. It requires a spritesheet of frames stitched together vertically. The superTween command that launches one of these incrementally jumps the image a set distance on a specified interval allowing a short preview of a video the be autoplayed and looped for a more engaging experience.
